General Info

All physical product orders are shipped via USPS with a non-refundable Flat Rate Fee ranging between $  - $ USD.

We currently only ship domestically within the United States.

All items online are available and ready to ship, pickup or download unless marked "PRE-ORDER".

All orders are fulfilled and shipped Monday - Friday excluding weekends and holidays. Orders will be shipped within 1-3 days of payment verification. 

 

Any PRE-ORDER item(s) will be processed and shipped according to the provided date.

 

Potential Shipping Delays

The Reality Brand of Reality Beauty & Wellness Consulting, LLC is not responsible for any delays after your order has been shipped; It is therefore in possession of the USPS. We try our best to ensure your order will arrive on time, however delays are possible. On rare occasions your package could arrive outside of the provided ETA.

COVID-19 UPDATE: Our shipping partner, USPS is experiencing increased workloads with less manpower due to COVID-19. You may experience a delay in receiving your order(s).

No address change on any items.
